Program Facilitator

Program Facilitator responsibilities include delivering polished, engaging large-group presentations introducing volunteers to FMSC’s mission and food production procedures; providing exceptional hospitality to volunteers; performing warehousing tasks including lifting 30-50 lbs repeatedly and using a pallet jack; ensuring smooth packing sessions and maintaining a clean, food-safe facility; leading a Christian prayer over packed meals; and thriving in a fast-paced, team environment with a mix of morning/evening shifts and at least every other Saturday. The role requires available shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, plus monthly meetings (3rd Monday, 5pm-7pm).
