Job Summary
Own the design and continuous improvement of how the Core Modernisation program operates, including establishing effective ways of working and enablement practices that support high performing delivery teams. Lead program enablement and people-centric change initiatives, ensure aligned planning and adoption, evolve the operating model with clear roles and accountability, uplift leadership capability through coaching, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen delivery effectiveness and team health. Responsibilities include aligning enablement with program functions, improving integration of enablement and change, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture within a hybrid office environment at Baulkham Hills, Sydney.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in program enablement, PMO, and change leadership within large, complex enterprise delivery environments
- Strong understanding of operating models, delivery frameworks, and governance
- Demonstrated capability in coaching leaders and building high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, people-led outcomes
- Hybrid work environment experience and adaptability to office-based roles
