Job Summary
Develop and manage expansion plans or new service areas for the ACES program serving young men 16-24 in Harlem or the Bronx; create project timelines, work plans and implementation schedules; participate in site selection and launch activities; serve as a cross-departmental liaison to ensure alignment of goals; coordinate phases of program expansion including community assessments, staffing and service delivery; promote culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices; oversee day-to-day coordination of new site launches and program implementation; require in-person and in-community work; strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in business administration, project management, criminal justice or other related field with at least three (3) years of related work experience
