Program Event Manager

The Program Event Manager will serve as the operational engine behind high-impact, partner-led events, driving scalable execution across regions while enabling partner self-sufficiency. Embedded within client teams, this role ensures consistent delivery of large-scale events, removing operational burden from strategic stakeholders and building a repeatable model for long-term program growth. Responsibilities include scaling partner-led event execution across territories, managing end-to-end logistics and timelines, acting as the central operational hub, maintaining event calendars and status reporting, enabling partner self-sufficiency, developing playbooks and templates, freeing up leadership from day-to-day event execution, and supporting global initiatives to build a scalable operating model. The role is West-Coast based (preferably Seattle, WA) for a 6-month pilot with potential renewal/expansion to the East Coast and is hybrid (home office with weekly client office trainings). Qualifications require 3+ years in event/program/campaign management in B2B or partner/channel environments, strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and a results-oriented mindset.
