Job Summary
Conduct enrollment processes with served individuals, families, guardians, and host agencies in Oregon, ensuring documents are complete and accurate. Recommend improvements to internal systems to enhance service experiences while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality and company values. Perform duties in remote and community-based settings with frequent travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology
- Frequent travel is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
