Job Summary
Conduct enrollment processes with individuals served and their support circles, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate. Recommend improvements to internal systems to enhance service experiences while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality. Perform face-to-face personal service in remote and community-based settings across Oregon, requiring frequent travel. Uphold company values and mission while participating in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology
- Frequent travel is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
