Program Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop Group Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, and engineers across electrical and mechanical disciplines to promote team growth. Oversee project engineering execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. Manage change and communication within the organization while actively enforcing adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment rules. Support HR with recruitment activities, conduct annual performance reviews, and maintain regular meeting cadences with staff to communicate business initiatives. Forecast staff utilization, identify resource gaps, and coordinate with other business units to fill skill needs. Assist sales teams with cost estimates and proposals, and research advancements in partner hardware and software capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BS Engineering degree
- 15+ years' experience in industry
- 5+ years in a management role
- Proven performance in a stressful environment
- Ability to travel as necessary to perform onsite project work
- Ability to work perform duties in industrial facilities with harsh environments as required
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays to fulfill customer commitments
- A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork
