Job Summary

Program Engagement Manager responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of recognition programs for clients and employees. Account management and daily client support; setting up and managing client technology platforms; maintaining client relations and understanding client needs to drive engagement and program performance. Post-launch support, conducting client reviews, collaborating with sales to expand offerings, communicating product inventory needs to purchasing, approving work orders for production, handling inbound inquiries, and analyzing program effectiveness and engagement metrics to drive improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communication or related certification such as Certified Recognition Professional (CRP)
  • 1-2 years of sales or post-sales support experience
  • At least 1 year of client management or project management experience
  • Strong communication skills; ability to manage client relationships and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel; comfortable with technology platforms and data analysis
