Job Summary
The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Camden County Program, including participant services, personnel management, and budget oversight. Duties include managing service delivery and staff development, overseeing the intake process, and ensuring that services meet contract requirements. The candidate must have strong communication skills, experience with at-risk youth, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum One (1) year of experience in community-based agency program
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful
