Job Summary
Plan, develop, administer, coordinate, and maintain the YMCA 21st CCLC grant-funded program serving district/community/students; ensure children's safety and quality of instruction; recruit and hire employees and volunteers with appropriate clearances; manage budgets and grant expenditures; supervise staff and collaborate with partners to meet grant requirements; develop lesson/activity plans, collect and analyze student data, evaluate programs, and report progress to administrators and board; provide staff development, coordinate summer programs, and ensure compliance with state requirements and YMCA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human services, business, social services or equivalent (BS Preferred)
- three or more years of professional experience in planning and implementation of youth programs
- ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
- track record of building authentic, constructive relationships with others
- state clearances on-file or ability to obtain them
- experience with grant documentation and compliance
