Program Director for Wayside Area Lead Agency (ALA) overseeing the DCF-ALA program operations, quality client care, staff development, ongoing training and performance, licensing compliance, financial management, quality management, and collaboration with DCF and contracted providers; requires strong leadership, cultural competence, and ability to foster partnerships, with responsibilities including staff supervision, professional development, facilitation, service navigation, and budget coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in program management, supervision and continuous quality assurance
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
