Job Summary
Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of an assigned residential program, ensuring services align with CHS policies and state regulations. Supervise the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff by managing schedules, conducting evaluations, and facilitating recruitment and training. Advocate for individuals served by supporting Individual Support Plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating healthcare and medication administration systems. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while generating required reports and managing program budgets. Serve as a liaison for families, guardians, and community stakeholders to promote natural support networks. Participate in transition planning and maintain 24/7 emergency on-call availability. Requires an Associate's degree in human services, one year of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related human services field
- at least one year of experience in a social service or human services organization
- Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience
- High school diploma with four years of experience working in developmental disabilities services
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of community-based human services supports
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities
- Valid driver's license
