Job Summary
Oversee program operations including staffing, clinical coordination, medication administration systems, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and healthcare coordination for an assigned residential program. Provide day-to-day leadership to the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff, manage staffing patterns, conduct employee evaluations, and advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals served. Ensure services adhere to CHS policies and state regulations while maintaining program documentation and generating required reports. Participate in transition planning for individuals entering or leaving services and serve as a liaison between families, guardians, and community stakeholders. Maintain 24/7 emergency on-call availability to support program operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related human services field
- at least one year of experience in a social service or human services organization
- Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience
- Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
