Job Summary
Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of an assigned residential program, ensuring services align with CHS policies and state regulations. Supervise the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff by managing staffing patterns, conducting evaluations, and facilitating recruitment. Oversee medication administration systems, coordinate healthcare services, and maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Serve as a liaison between individuals served, families, guardians, and community stakeholders to promote inclusion and support transition planning. Participate in budget development, generate required reports, and advocate for the rights and well-being of each person served. Maintain program documentation and records in strict regulatory compliance. 24/7 emergency on-call required. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related human services field
- at least one year of experience in a social service or human services organization
- Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience
- High school diploma with four years of experience working in developmental disabilities services
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of community-based human services supports
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities
- Valid driver's license
