Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily program operations for housing and supportive services aimed at ending veteran homelessness; supervise program managers and multidisciplinary teams; ensure delivery of case management, mental health services, life skills programming, and housing support; build and sustain partnerships with VA, Continuum of Care (CoC), landlords, funders, and community providers; foster a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment; monitor program performance and compliance with federal/state/VA regulations, HMIS data integrity, and quality assurance; manage facility operations, budgets, hiring, staff development, and internal audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in program management, housing programs, or social services leadership
- Proven experience in staff supervision, program development, and budget management
- Strong knowledge of homeless services, supportive housing, and veteran services
- Experience with HMIS, data reporting, and compliance standards
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary team environments
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program data systems
