Job Summary
Directs and administers an Intensive Residential Treatment Services and/or Residential Crisis Stabilization Services program for a DHS-licensed mental health provider. Responsible for supervising all unlicensed personnel and nursing staff, managing admissions flow and bed census, overseeing staff orientations and in-service training, and ensuring program design, budgeting, and documentation meet licensing and quality standards. Collaborates with the Mental Health Professional and Program Administrator to maintain compliant operations and open communication with county and community support agencies. Requires strong program management and leadership in a DHS-licensed setting in Austin, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Mental Health Practitioners must meet the qualifications in 245I.04 Subdv. 4 (a-d).
