Job Summary
Oversee program operations, staff supervision, and performance evaluations while managing program start-up according to HRA contractual requirements and S:US guidelines. Monitor rent ledgers, enforce compliance protocols, and conduct weekly internal file reviews to ensure adherence to standards. Facilitate staff meetings, case conferences, and external provider relationships while reporting program performance data. Prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and engage stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals. Manage budgets and maintain ethical practices throughout service provision.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or a related human services field
- two years of supervisory experience
- Three years of experience working with the homeless population providing case management services and support including assistance securing public benefits, entitlements and referrals as needed for employment services, financial literacy support, medical, mental health or substance use support services, and connections to Health Homes and other community support-based organizations
- Experience with harm reduction strategies, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, conflict resolution, crisis intervention and crisis de-escalation
- Experience leading teams to set objectives, milestones, and project road maps
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with managing data and preparing reports
