Job Summary
Lead the Student Success Center program by supervising staff, managing budgets, and building relationships with DOE and community partners. Guide students toward graduation and post-secondary transitions through college readiness services, case management, and family engagement. Develop quantitative reports on attendance and program outcomes, organize events, and ensure compliance with organizational regulations. Coordinate with Youth Leaders and College Counselors while participating in department-wide training and cross-site collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, human services, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with youth at risk and/or school settings with experience in post-secondary education work
- Experience in program administration on including staff supervision and program implementation
- Bi-lingual skills
- Excellent verbal, analytical, written, communication, and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Google Suite, Zoom, and other applications
