Job Summary
Develop and maintain visibility into Enterprise Operating Plan initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes. Partner with business owners to align execution activities to targeted outcomes and identify cross-functional gaps to drive resolution. Lead complex, cross-functional strategic programs from planning through delivery, translating priorities into integrated plans and milestones while managing risks and blockers. Establish program governance, reporting, and operating cadences to ensure transparency and timely decision-making for executive steering committees. Build and evolve EPMO capabilities, processes, and tools to support execution excellence across the enterprise. Operates with strong ownership and bias for action to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of program, transformation, business operations, or enterprise execution experience, including leadership of large cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives and measurable business outcomes
- Experience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without direct authority
- Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving, and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated success translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with program management, reporting, and collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
