Program Director - Stewart Branch

Directs and oversees Branch programs and operations to prepare youth for success, including program planning, evaluation, and supervision of staff, members, volunteers, and facilities. Responsibilities include managing program supply budgets, supporting membership goals (recruitment, retention, attendance), cultivating community partnerships, overseeing HR functions (hiring and employee management), ensuring timely completion of required reports, and coordinating travel between Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley branches as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are required.
