Job Summary
Implement, direct, and supervise Licensed Nurses, Program Coordinators, Peer Support specialists, Household Coaches, and Resource Specialists delivering case management, counseling, and rehabilitation services for Transitional Age Youth (ages 18-25) in a crisis residential treatment facility. Manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining on-site presence. Continue operations and carry out Administrator responsibilities during any absence of the Administrator. On-call consultation required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- California Registered Intern Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage, Family and Child Counselor (LMFT)
- Valid California Nursing License (LVN, LPT, RN, NP)
- Valid California Driver's License
- First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross
- Two (2) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults
- Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting
- Must have attained the age of 18 years of age
- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (including on-call consultation)
