Job Summary
Lead open-residential youth services program as Program Director, overseeing regulatory compliance, trauma-informed care, staff leadership, and external audits for Detroit's Valor Place program. Responsibilities include operational management, compliance with DHHS licensing and CARF standards, staff training and retention, trauma-informed behavioral oversight, collaboration with licensing authorities and community partners, and delivering therapeutic services planning and reentry strategies to support youth outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or two years of college or a high school diploma with relevant child-caring experience
