Job Summary
Program Director responsible for leading a 60+ person program with multiple subcontractors, overseeing a $100M+ project portfolio, and providing health-policy guidance to value-based payment models, analytics, and quality initiatives. duties include staffing, talent acquisition, finances, ROI, proposals, client/stakeholder communications, and strategic planning. Requires extensive healthcare portfolio experience at the federal level, CMS contract experience, Health Informatics background, PMP certification or eligibility, and willingness to commute to Columbia, MD; candidate must obtain Public Trust clearance and have US residency in the past 3 of 5 years. Aims to drive growth, strategic planning, and innovative solutions across projects and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading large Healthcare portfolios at the federal level or contracting environment
- supervisory experience
- experience supporting and managing large contracts at CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid)
- background in Health Informatics is ideal
- willing to commute to Columbia, MD office at least 3 days/week
- ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, healthcare informatics, or related field
- Active PMP certification or able to get PMP certification within 6 months upon joining
