Job Summary
Lead operational management of a residential, medically acute facility within NeuroRestorative, overseeing program delivery of medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services; develop and evaluate program policies, goals, and adherence to regulatory standards; supervise staff, manage admissions and transportation, coordinate contracted services, and drive outreach/marketing to meet stakeholders’ needs; ensure compliance with DHHS standards and maintain clinical staff competency; requires Bachelor’s degree, supervisory experience, leadership and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Two years of managerial experience
- Two years of experience working with adults with disabilities in a residential health-care setting
- Minimum one year of experience caring for adults with impairments
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated leadership skills with motivating team and driving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to quality care and the multidisciplinary team approach
- Competence in CPR and First Aid
- Physical exam with TB test in the past 12 months
