Job Summary
Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of one to four IDD services programs, including overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, and facilities maintenance; manage program staff with performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation; make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations; ensure delivery of services is engaging, consistent, and responsive to individuals served; be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed; lead program planning and ensure services align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
