Job Summary
Program Director, IDD Services for Sevita’s REM Community Services unit. Oversee day-to-day operations of 1-4 community programs, implement direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare coordination, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, and financial management. Responsible for staff performance, scheduling, orientation, and decisions on hires/transfers/promotions. Ensure services are engaging and consistent with individuals’ needs; may require on-call coverage. Full-time role with benefits, located in Milwaukee, WI, with an emphasis on leadership, program planning, staff development, and comprehensive operations management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- 2-3 years of related experience in Human Services
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
