Job Summary
Directs and supervises the program site for NeuroRestorative services, providing leadership to staff and ensuring operations, quality services, and regulatory compliance. Oversees development and implementation of treatment/service plans, participates in quality initiatives, budget development and cost containment, licensure maintenance, and coordination with licensing reviews. Engages with families, case managers, and professionals; participates in committees (Safety, Human Rights, Advisory Council, Infection Control) to optimize operations; implements policy adherence and corrective action plans. Requires ALF Manager certification (or enrollment/eligibility for certification), a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with Master’s degree preferred, CPR/First Aid, and state licensure as applicable; travel as needed; 5 years in human services with 1–3 years supervisory experience; strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPR and First Aid
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Licensure as required by state
- Travel as needed
