Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of one to four IDD programs, including organization of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. Oversee program staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation while making decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and relevance for individuals served, maintaining the physical environment and handling financial management. Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree with two to three years of Human Services experience, a current driver's license, and strong organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
