Job Summary
Directs day-to-day operations of 1-4 IDD community programs, overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment. Manages program staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation; makes decisions on hiring, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations. Oversees program planning and monitors service delivery to ensure services are engaging and relevant for individuals served. Must be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed. Starting at $46,000 depending on experience, with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years related experience in the Human Services Industry
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
