Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 IDD programs within a community, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, recruiting, staffing, training, safety, and maintenance of the physical environment. Manage program staff with performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation; make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations. Ensure services are delivered in a consistent, engaging, and person-centered manner; monitor program planning and delivery; provide on-call support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- IDD management experience
- two to three years related experience in the Human Services Industry
- equivalent combination of education and experience as required by state regulations
- current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
