Job Summary
Program Director oversees the operation and management of Sevita community-based services, directing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care coordination, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and facilities maintenance for a designated program or set of programs; recruits and develops staff, designs schedules, conducts performance evaluations, ensures licensing and regulatory compliance, manages budgets and census, coordinates health care and medications, engages with families and stakeholders, and travels as needed to support program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years of related experience in Human Services preferred
