Job Summary
Program Director responsible for managing day-to-day operations of 1-4 community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Duties include organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment; oversee program staff, performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation; make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations; ensure services are delivered consistently, engagingly, and in alignment with individuals' goals. On-call availability to support staff and cover shifts. Requires a Bachelor's degree and related experience; strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills; commitment to mission-driven work. Full, Part-time, and As Needed schedules available with full benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
