Program Director, Scattered Site Housing

Maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring confidentiality and complying with all Federal, State, City, and CAMBA security and privacy policies. Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of direct reporting staff, conduct periodic internal file reviews, and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery. Train staff in program responsibilities, set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets, and prepare contract reports, statistical information, and performance appraisals for management and funder use. Collaborate with the Executive Vice President on organizational policies, personnel issues, and programmatic improvements, including making firing recommendations in consultation with Human Resources. Review and sign time sheets, analyze demographic data for programmatic adjustments, and represent the organization at staff, funder, and external agency meetings. While not on call, remain reachable after hours and weekends for client emergencies; immediately report significant events or liability incidents to Senior Program Directors or Vice Presidents.
