Job Summary
Program Director responsible for leading a large program or multiple projects to successful delivery within scope, time, and quality; oversees insurance software implementation, project budgeting and planning, client and internal stakeholder management, coordinating subcontractors, risk analysis and mitigation, and contributes to process improvements and quality initiatives. Requires 10+ years in large-scale/international project management, experience with international clients and multi-site/matrix environments, software-implementation experience in the insurance/financial services domain, strong English communication, and willingness to travel ~50%. The role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the company offering an international team environment, life/pension insurance options, and annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of proven experience in large scale and international project management
- Experience working with big international clients
- Multi-site management experience
- Experience in managing projects in a Matrix Environment
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in implementing software packages
- Experience in analysis of business procedure requirements
- Familiarity with insurance domain / financial services – Advantage
- Fluent in English
- Other languages – Advantage
- Flexible with travel - 50% of the time on average
- All work conducted in English
