Partners with Medical Director and hospital staff to advance wound care initiatives, ensures achievement of objectives and long-term goals, and oversees performance improvement, budget and utilization, and staff development. Role involves collaboration with physicians and external partners, visibility in the wound clinic and HBO suite, and opportunities for career growth and hyperbaric certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
