Job Summary
Oversee curriculum delivery to clients and schedule clinical services at the Next Steps Day Treatment Program. Ensure reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, SOR Grant, and funding bodies are met. Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Review written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060 standards while adhering to ethical treatment guidelines. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with a salary of $77,000-$82,000 annually. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social services, CADC licensure, and 3-5 years of substance use experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a social service field
- CADC or ability to obtain a CADC within 18 months of date of hire
- Background check clearance
- Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a social service field
- LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW/LPHA
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in substance use filed with increasing levels of responsibility
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software
