Program Director | Pride

The Program Director will provide leadership and management for the treatment team, ensuring effective communication, support, and accountability among staff and clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, managing staff training and supervision, ensuring adherence to treatment philosophies, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop accountability systems and engage in client advocacy. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in Human Services are mandatory.
