Program Director Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary
Recruit, orient, and supervise faculty members while conducting regular observations and evaluations to ensure high-quality instruction. Oversee student evaluations, assist with orientations, and review progress for graduation eligibility. Collaborate on curricula development aligned with industry standards and participate in budgeting processes. Play a key role in the CAPTE accreditation process and coordinate with clinical sites and advisory committees. Effectively communicate with the Academic Dean and other stakeholders to drive program success. Maintain compliance with accreditation standards, agency regulations, and Concorde policies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Current license/certification to practice in the jurisdiction where the program is located
- Minimum of five years, full-time, post licensure experience
- Minimum of three years of full-time clinical experience
- Didactic and/or clinical teaching experience
- Experience in administration/management
- Experience in educational theory and methodology
- Instructional design experience
- Student evaluation experience
- Outcome assessment experience
- Equivalent of nine credits of coursework in educational foundations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
