Job Summary
Program Director at the Oasis Clubhouse in San Diego leads a recovery-oriented community for adults 18+ with serious mental illness, combining clinical oversight with community-based psychosocial care. Responsible for operationalizing the Clubhouse International Standards, accreditation readiness, supervising a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical oversight and case consultations, ensuring HIPAA/compliance, and developing vocational pathways and educational linkages to support member independence and community integration. Required Qualifications
- Active California LCSW license
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation
- Experience in Clubhouse settings or Clubhouse International training preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA, state licensing requirements, and related contractual obligations
