Job Summary
Program Director to lead a complex PMO program with enterprise-wide oversight across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder outcomes, typically valued up to $5Bn. Lead governance and KPI development, drive performance optimization with dashboards and financial forecasting, manage senior-level client and subcontractor relationships, hire and mentor large teams of project managers, engineers, designers, and technical staff, and collaborate with Business Development to secure additional client work. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, governance of methodologies, and delivery excellence across multiple projects and workstreams within Parsons' client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 25+ years of relevant experience with significant supervisory and senior leadership responsibility
- Extensive experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams of Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, and technical support personnel
- Proven background in project, program, and/or construction management at Program Director or equivalent senior level
