Job Summary

Lead all master's degree programs within the Division of Health, Public Health, and Kinesiology by coordinating operations, policies, and academic standards. Develop initiatives for program growth, quality improvement, and student success while serving as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and university units. Oversee recruitment, enrollment strategies, and student retention efforts, ensuring compliance with SACSCOC standards and accrediting agencies. Collect and analyze data on enrollment and outcomes to prepare reports for leadership and support strategic planning. Collaborate with division directors and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and advance institutional priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
  • Ten years of work-related experience
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong public speaking, organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills
  • Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
  • Office environment with occasional evening and weekend activities
  • Ability to attend recruitment, outreach, and university events
  • Occasional local and out-of-state travel as required
  • Subject to a criminal history investigation
  • Employment contingent upon verification of credentials

  • Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of graduate admissions, advising, retention, and degree completion processes
  • Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex projects
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and university information systems
