Program Director - OrderID: 5091

Program Director oversees the daily operations of a congregate care residence, including building operations, staff supervision, resident services, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and facility maintenance, while ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect. Responsibilities include managing admissions and referrals, ensuring compliance with NYS DOH/DOHMH/DOB/FDNY and other agencies, overseeing rent and annual recertifications, staff recruitment/training/evaluation, budgeting and financial records, resident case management and services, and upholding resident rights and quality standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's preferred), minimum one year of supervisory experience, experience with older adults or related conditions preferred, strong leadership and crisis management skills, experience with Yardi/RealPage or similar systems preferred, bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
