Job Summary
The Program Director of Health Services leads and oversees a 40+ bed recuperative care unit and health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care while supervising staff and collaborating with community partners. This role requires a licensed healthcare professional with substantial leadership experience in health services.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed healthcare professional (RN, NP, PA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, or community health settings
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multidisciplinary health programs
- Proven success in supervising clinical teams
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or other vulnerable populations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic databases and Microsoft Office Suite
