Program Director - Nursing

Program Director of Nursing needed to lead Baker College's Nursing program at the Royal Oak campus. Driving academic excellence, strategic vision, and daily operations of the Nursing program within the Health Division. Partner with the academic dean and faculty to oversee program quality, curriculum assessment, instructional effectiveness, and overall program success. Requires a Master of Science in Nursing; Doctorate in Nursing preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Emphasizes student-centered learning, compliance, collaboration, and integrity among faculty and students.
