Job Summary
The Program Director oversees program operations and staff, supervising Lead Parent Educator, Parent Educators, PAL Leads, Administrative Assistant, TWC Advocate, and interns to ensure quality services and contract compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring and approving program spending, providing staff consultation and regular meetings, overseeing direct case management for youth, ensuring contract deliverables, and maintaining internal procedures. The role guides community partnerships and post-placement activities such as job coaching, supports staff development, coordinates with contract managers, and ensures accurate record-keeping and reporting. Travel as needed; requires collaboration with caseworkers, probation officers, therapists, medical providers, attorneys, advocates, mentors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years’ program-development experience, 3 years’ experience with children/adolescents, and leadership experience; preferred 3+ years in senior management and multi-tasking high-priority projects. English (United States).
