Job Summary
Program Director for Norwalk Early Learning Program responsible for all daily operations across administrative, social service, classroom, and facilities staff. Ensure full enrollment and compliance with CIFC policies and Head Start/funding-source rules; supervise management team and license childcare facilities; collaborate with the Greater Norwalk Head Start Policy Council and local partners to support governance and community engagement. Required Qualifications
- BA in Early Childhood Education or closely related field
- MA strongly preferred
- 2 years of related work experience, preferably with Head Start
- significant administrative and supervisory experience
- excellent leadership, administrative, financial and writing skills
- computer literacy and enrollment and lesson plan systems
- fluency in Spanish, preferred
