Job Summary
Directs and manages JAG-K services within the specified region in Northeastern Kansas, including the Topeka and Manhattan area, coordinating with Career Specialists to ensure the JAG model is implemented; monitors programs and data to meet accreditation standards; conducts monthly staff and classroom observations; plans, manages, and executes events to increase program visibility; establishes an employer engagement network to expand students' career exploration opportunities; advocates for a strong NCA Career Association; reviews data for continuous improvement; provides coverage for JAG-K programs during Career Specialist vacancies; requires 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience, proficiency with technology, and residence in Kansas or willingness to relocate; position allows remote work with occasional travel.
