Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including organization of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. Lead program staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation while overseeing hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and relevance for individuals served, maintaining the physical environment and financial records. Make recommendations on employee actions and handle corrective measures as needed. Be available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with two to three years of experience, a current driver's license, and strong organizational skills.
