Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of one to four IDD programs, including organization of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. Oversee program staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation while making decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and relevance for individuals served, and maintain the physical environment. Handle recruiting, retention, training, and safety protocols. Be available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts as needed. Requires at least three years of ICF experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
- At least 3 years of ICF experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements or as required by applicable regulations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
