Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of one to four IDD programs, overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. Direct program staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation while making decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and relevance, maintaining the physical environment and financial management. Make recommendations on salary changes and corrective actions. Be available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two to three years of Human Services experience, a current driver's license, and strong organizational skills.

- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
